Brake caliper

Rear brake caliper keeps on pressuring up after sets over night! If I bleed it off it is fine until I try to move it the next day and it's again pressured up? Do I just need to get a different one or is this a easy fix? Good spring on pedal, +6 breaded hose and block off plate

If opening the bleeder screw frees it up then the problem is at the master cylinder. Either the pedal is hitting the clutch cover and not allowing the master to release completely or the master needs rebuilt.

That makes since, and it's been on their for over a year so surely it wouldn't be the piston hitting the plate! The cover is prob what it is cause it has scratches were I just painted the brake lever so guess I need to just bend it out
