Will K&N stock pods fit 28mm carbs PWKS?

No they won't. If you could stretch them that far, it would be a hell of a stretch. Stock is 43mm. 28 PWKs are 50mm.

are you asking if K&N stock (carry) pods that fit on 28mm pwks OR if stock banshee 26mm mikuni's  from K&N fit 28mm pwks.
