Just had banshee rebuilt. 

.40 over. cool head. 

fmf pipes.

two into one 36mm keihin carb. 

I can get it to ideal but when I try to go it just sputters and bogs out like it has no power. 

I had 168 main 42 slow jets before rebuild ran great. Now I can't get it to go.. Im lost and need suggestions

Did you do a leakdown test after rebuilding it?

Not sure on the manifold. Came on the banshee when I got it

Single k&n air filter

Couldn't tell you porting, dome size. 

Needle is 45 at position 3
