what compression would recomend?

I just bought a hot rods 4mil crank (these come trued and welded right?) Stock cyls ported for 4mil I use 3gal of sunoco 110 and 2gals of pump92 and I have a dynatek Cdi I use stage 2(not sure yet what timing advancement this setting has). Mostly run at sea level. I was thinking 150 should I go higher? Thanks
