Milktitties Posted April 25, 2013 Report Posted April 25, 2013 Recently bought 97 with circular filters coming off carbs don't want those so I put the stock air filter and box back on because I'm riding through sloppy mud holes. But now it bogs a bit not to bad but I know it isnt at its best performance. And when I'm in a low gear trying to put some power down it doesn't like to again not terribly bad but its enough to notice and know its not at its best.What should I do? I drilled holes in the air box lid and turned the air jet needle out a bit. But still seems be sluggish. Any ideas and thoughts are appreciated. And I don't want to go back to those filters because of the fear of sucking in water Quote
