Pipe and Silencer ID Help

Saw these posted on craigslist and the guy says they are "Bills Pipes", Just want to be sure before I buy them. I know the silencers have sparky spark arrestors.

i vote DG pipes.  paul turner silencers. 

 

BUT  might be old ass bills pipes too.  if they have no dents i'd say 100-150 bucks.
