Where to start?

I'm rebuilding my shee and added a few parts to the list so I need help on where to start my jetting. I have

stock ported jugs

K&n pods (knock offs)

Vforce3's

Cool head

35mm pwk's

Advanced timing prob set it up at +4

I'm in 1000ft elevation

any tips would help thanks Ro

155 main and 48 pilot should be pretty close and a little to the rich side to get you started  and most always start out with CEL needle in the middle clip.  Type of porting will make a difference as well , if full drag may wanna start with a 160 and come down just to be safe
