is the plug 4 or 2 wire? they are different.

anyway if your bike is 95-01 you need the one with 4 cable, 02-06 is only 2 cables, sure if you have the original wire harness in your bike.

I think you need to check your connector a little closer. All Banshee's only use 2 wires in the harness. Some years of key switches have 2 wires. Some have 4 wires with only 2 of them used. So, the connector is what's important, not necessarily the number of wires.

The plugs are different you need to look for the one with 2 cable no matter if you use only 2 cable from the 4, the 4 cable plug wont fit in your harness. Really i dont know why 4 cables if you only use 2.

Ah damn alright ill look more closely, the keyswitch side could be 2 or 4, but the harness side is always 2? faaack.
