banshee reving high

my banshee have been sitting i cleaned the carbs and drain the tank started the bike it idled like half throttle i checked the cables and the slides to make sure they were not in a bind restarted it and it done the same thing help please

fuel starvation is what it sounds like..... make sure the bowls are full

air leak, do a leak down or check your intake bolts
