Need advice!

Need jetting help. In southern Michigan (not sure sea level).

Runs good for most part but noticed coming off throttle it takes a bit for motor to "catch up" or in my opinion it is either starving for fuel or has to much fuel. Havent been into carbs myself but was told pilot jet is 68.

Motor is Dune/drag ported by private individual.

Still learning, hoping for some guidance?
