Stock stroke cub one side was melted down gonna need some work its 68mm 365$ shipped

Does it need replating or is some thing else wrong??

On side has marks aluminum stuck to it and light marks . I am not gonna say it needs replating or not to me a diamond hone could clean it up as I do not see it being worn or bare threw nikasil. But there is some nicks near exhaust port. It needs work possible nikasil or someone to clean up. I listed it cheap cause I just want it gone have to much stuff in garage.

Can some one please edit my posting this is going to be a 421 cub 4 mil cylinder after further inspection and measurements of deck height to exhaust port. Same deal at worst one side will need renikasil buy it up cheap was my mistake 365$ shipped.
