needle adjustment, float adjust height

27.5 pilots 300 main still lean so i notice that bowls leaks so my question the floats go up or down? also the needles if you go up then that richer right or is it the other way?

I believe it is the other way. The closer the clip to the pointy end the richer it runs. Closer to the top the leaner it runs.
