worn out paddles

looking for a set of rear paddles for real cheap. Im only going to use them in the snow, so i dont want anything expensive since most of my riding is in the summer.

 

a 9in wheel would be best, but if you have a 10 let me know as well.

 

some pictures to know how worn would be nice. Im located in Jersey.
