They have been drilled for valve stems on both sides of the wheels so they can be reversed if disired. They have a flush mount valve stem and a regular valve stem installed so they are ready to go. They are in good condition and I painted the insides of them. Asking $100 shipped and I accept Paypal or picked up if you are local. Quote
