Loctite EVERYTHING!

Not with the perm stuff (red?) but with the temp (blue?).

How often are you going to be removing your axle? Next to never.

If you are having a hard time removing the axle nut try a little heat from a torch, and/or soaking it with WD-40 or similiar. Just don't use them at the same time.

Loctite is amazing. It is a Harley owners best friend as every bolt will vibrate loose without it! I personally do Blue on everything outside the motor and inside the motor I use red. Loctite will also help seal all the threads so the bolts will not rust in blind holes.
