So I'm looking at a banshee but it Is bored .20 over. I really want to find one that isn't bored but there hard to find where I'm from. Is there much difference from a stock bore? Will it last just as long? What do you guys think. http://charlestonwv.craigslist.org/mcy/2667270013.html

Nothing wrong with bored cylinders. Its the nature of the beast. ITs actually .020 over. Stock cylinders can be bored up to .100 but I would maybe only go up to .080. This is thousandths of an inch. So at .020 you have plenty of bore sizes left and depending how you ride it, you can get years out of a bore.
