700vflash
I was wondering if the throttle should be adjusted so the slide is flush with the top of the carb bore? I noticed that the slides go past the roof of the carb when the throttle is wide open. Should they?
sleeper06
Flush would be optimal
Michael Jackson
remember to also leave a little free play , you should be able to press your thumb throttle in a couple mm's before it starts lifting your slides also a quick way to see if they are synched without taking them apart, put your ear next to them and blip the throttle slowly, you should only hear one "click" as the slides come to rest at the bottom of the stroke, if you hear 2 separate clicks, they are out of sync... although now that i think about it, if you can see your slides like you said, you have already taken the intakes off.. so what i said makes no sense, and you can just look at them and see if they are synced with your eyeballs..
