Fast-Fibers Posted March 24, 2011 Report Posted March 24, 2011 You can sand and buff plastics just like paint. Its a slow process but you can make them look like new. Quote

Fast-Fibers Posted March 24, 2011 Report Posted March 24, 2011 I usually start with a 220 and work my way down, just make sure you don't remove too much material with the heavy grit papers. Once you get to 800 - 1000 start using buffing compound and pad. There are also different types of compounds. Start with a cutting compound for paint and then a polishing compound. Quote
