Meat Posted December 28, 2010 Report Posted December 28, 2010 what size hole do you drill and what do u plug the old ones with Remove the original stem, match drill bit to hole in rim, drill new hole, plug up the original hole with another valve stem that is mounted so the long part of the stem is inside the wheel.
