iDEAL Posted December 20, 2010 Report Posted December 20, 2010 I have dual 34mm Keihin on a stock motor. They stock carbs are trash and this is all I have at the moment to replace them. Does anyone know JET sizes that might work with this? I know it wont ever be really perfect since the carbs are way too big. Or should I not even waste my time and try to find something different.... I was thinking the 2 to 1 set-up but I would rather get it running decent until I get some motor work done when money allows it. Any help is appreciated! Quote
iDEAL Posted December 20, 2010 Author Report Posted December 20, 2010 i would suggest upgrading the motor some, like put some pipes on it to make those huge carbs work. Yea, I am going to pick some T-5s up today and see what it does. But, the bike they came off had pipes and it just was a turd out of the hole. Quote
camatv Posted December 20, 2010 Report Posted December 20, 2010 \its probably too rich on the bottom. OR your trying to take off way to low in the rpm's/// its NOT a 4 stroke you gotta rev it a lil bit to get them to go. Quote
iDEAL Posted December 22, 2010 Author Report Posted December 22, 2010 Well.... I got the jetting right and about 2 minutes later the left piston decided it didnt want to work anymore. Now I have an excuse to put a new motor in..... Quote
