uhh..........you should really pull your pressure plate and rod/ball out, or at least try. it may be welding the ball to the rod, or about to. if not, you will be able to move the rod around without the pressure, and even pull it out once you unbolt the retainer

I took out the bearing and rod came out easily and this weekend going to try and take out actuator arm and inspect arm for wear and bearing for any damage I will most likely replace

Arm and bearing and up grade to pancake style bearing hopefully that will take care of clutch issues I've been having

also, make sure the cable/pertch isn't hanging up. you are supposed to lube it regularly (i do it when i change the oil, and just use the same stuff, but that might be hard if you run a thicker oil) at least 2x a season on all cables. the pancake is real nice, and make sure that there is never pressure on the pusher when you are not pulling it.

Thanks for all your help I replaced the cable a week before this happen due to it getting hard to pull the clutch lever at some points during riding but a week later started doing the same thing and then just stopped working completely thought clutch was worn out installed new clutch assembly and still getting same issue finally inspected clutch actuator arm and found arm was hanging up had to push it back with a screw drive to release clutch so that's why next step is to replace arm rod bearing and install pancake I will post what I find thanks again for all the help

first, pop the seal out with a flat-head screwdriver, and dig the rollers and cage free and remove with a magnet. now, there are small pullers that might get it, or you can collapse the sleeve with a chisel and dig it out. be careful not to wedge the chisel or whatever between the race and a weak point in the case. they are usually pretty hardened and might crack the case....

Not as bad as I thought with the right tools took the cage and needle bearings out and purchased a bearing race remover and with my slide hammer came right out thanks for all your help
