Lightened flywheel, never ran it. Freshly blasted when I got it. Been sittingon my shelf. Got some surface rust from sitting. Not a big deal. I'll clean it off if it's a deal breaker. $95

The carbs can be used for either. Two of them are a set and one is a little different. But they could be used in just about any application as long as it involves a fuel pump I would think.
