having problems jetting the beast

having problems jetting have a port play job done,shaved head,boost bottle,lightin flywheel,timing advanced +4,t 5 pipes,and v-force 3 reeds everything brand new. and fresh new rebuild. carbs are 30 keihn. starts right up but when i ride it has like not enough power but later on it picks fine running 145 mains started with 158 and as i went down it got better and tried half turn all the way to 2 turns in half turn intervals. and the needle is on the middle clip what should i do now.

It may be lean. How do your plugs look, whats your elevation, and temp? What needles are you running?
