Make sure there is plenty of notice for the trip. I would probably do a poll so people could vote on the weekend to go. I can't go in mid may we have a giant sale at work that I have to be around for. Go ahead and pick the general month and area to go. We will add a poll after that to fine tune the date for the most popular picks. Quote
