Shift fork shaft E clips?

Putting the Shee back together and manual says use new E clips. They look fine so is it really a necessity to replace? I don't feel like waiting another week for a part to start reassembly.

I've reused the Eclip with no problems.

the factory says to do a lot of thing....lol you can reuse them as long as they were not stretched when you took them off.
