jetting help

so im running a fresh top and bottom end .060 over with trinity pipes tors eliminator k&n air filter open air box not sure on carb size i belive they are stock can check if needed want to piece together a complete jet kit when i got the bike it had miss matched jets and the whole bike was a hacked up mess im a fuel injected guy and dont know any thing about carbs sugestions on jet sizes??????
