athenashee Posted June 5, 2010 Report Posted June 5, 2010 i took the tors of my stock carbs and cut the little tab off the caps and they fit just fine have it so i can clamp throttle cable on to top of carb. will i have a problem with them? do they come with a spacer in the kit or is it just new caps b/c the stock one are hard to fit. also will the needle be the right size if i have the tors off without kit? i know the kits only like 30 bucks but just wondering if this will work? thanks for the input! ClimbAnyHill Posted June 5, 2010 Report Posted June 5, 2010 You need the kit with the right cable. Since TORS idles are coming off you'll have to replace with brass idle screws. Get the kit. Quote
