Dead spot

Got A 2006 shee Just installed fmf sst`s power core 2, v-force 3, modquad with k&n, no lid, fmf boost bootle stock 26mm carbs 290mains

stock pilot, airscrew out 1.5, needle on centre clip. shee runs great pulls hard but at 1/8-1/4 feathering the throttle it just dies intermittantly no bog just dead .

tried pullin the choke and duplicating no change

almost feels like an ignition prob did not notice with stock set up because shee always hesitated off the line a bit . possible tors BS? had my share of fun in the past with that crap.

or can a carb adjustment cause this?

You need at least a 27.5 pilot and jack the needles all the way rich and see how you do
