kill switch problem

i have a pro design teather kill switch. it has allways been wired and everything.

 

but now idk what it is but i can have the teather in and have spark. if i take the teather out and kick it i have spark for 1 kick only.

 

i started the my bike with new motor and tried shutting it off after 1 heating period and pulled the teather. it didnt shut off i had to pull the coils off.

 

suggestions on what to look for. i checked grounds and made sure the coil and all the electronic connectors were tight.

 

there was an extra metal electronic box on the back of the shee by the overflow. its not connected to anything. but i did plug it in and stiil have the problem so i just left it unpluged seeing how it was allways like that.

dang i sounded like a retart last night. but can some one help me.

 

like i said the bike will fire up but not shut off after i pull the teather.

 

if im just kicking it with the plugs out like im checking for spark. i get plenty spark with the teather in. but when i take it out i can kick it and have spark. thats weird so i thought it might b a wiring problem but can it be the timing plate or something cuz i modded the stocker to make it a plus4 timing plate.
