I just got it to run the other day, i got it to start on the first kick and i ran it out of gas today. The only thing is that it smokes(white) pretty bad, does this mean its time for a rebuild or just new rings..Thanks Quote

00sheerzr Posted March 5, 2010 Report Posted March 5, 2010 if it smoked alot i would make sure to use good oil and mix it 40:1 or even 50:1 or your jetting is way rich , i had a 1978 yz100 and fucker smoked like bitch forever until i fixed the floats in the carb , Does the carb leak gas out of the overflow tubes when not running?
