crazycanuck Posted February 23, 2010 Report Share Posted February 23, 2010 hey guys, ill keep it short i wanna buy a quad from the USA and bring it to CANADA but the problem is that the frame does not have a vin or a title. I can get the whole quad shipped to me as parts from the seller no prob. BUT the frame will likely be stopped @ customs and seized if found without the vin or title, any ideas what i could do?? and does anyone know the website to HS customs??
