stock reeds

I'm rebuilding a motor with dune/play,cool head 20cc domes, chariot timing plate 4+, kn no lid. stock carbs. My question is do i need aftermarket reeds, and what will they do ,more power or smoother throttle? How much of a performance difference will i notice over stock. I mostly ride trails and do a little drag.

Vforce reeds will give you a crisper throttle response. not much of a hp mod but you will notice the difference. i love my vf2s.

I noticed a big difference in throttle response going to VF3 from stock cages. I've got some carbon fiber reeds on stock cages if you are looking for some. Those make a difference and are a lot cheaper. Not near the difference VF3s will make though.
