rustbucketracin Posted December 30, 2009 Report Posted December 30, 2009 i was just looking at the 96 my wife got me for christmas. and the carbs are differnt then the ones in parts diagrams. there choke has a pull up knob on right and a level on left. this maybe stock but i know nothing about it. i can post pics this weekend when i get home. its having twist throttle hang up so i have to check it out. the brand of twist is maguer. anyone use them. it still have made in w germany on side. and no tors. so which cable you buy. stock or for twist. thank you everyone Quote

AKheathen Posted December 30, 2009 Report Posted December 30, 2009 hehe, yah, twists are death traps.....my friend put his ds through the back of his new tahoe, and someone else rolled it because of the twist.....that aside, your carbs are not stock, and they should say what they are somewhere, like mikuni, kehin etc, and have the modle/size stamped too.......
