This is not a complete motor, but will most every part needed for a Cougar. This motor was taken apart mid year to repair the PTO side of the crank and the motor was never reassembled. Motor has never been sprayed, and ran it's best of a .63 with me on it(240 lbs) on alchohol. Motor has more in it, esp if you put the spray to it. Cylinders have less than a year of run time on them, plating is still in very good shape. No damage at all to any part of this motor, just in need of a few parts & assembly.
