crustydemon Posted December 12, 2009 Report Posted December 12, 2009 The chrome is flaking off of my shock springs, instead of getting them re chromed I would like to have them powder coated. Will powder coat crack all to shit when the springs compress? If so, what do you have to do to a chromed surface to make regular paint stick? Quote

SO I TOOK THEM TO A POWDWE COATER AND THEY SAND BLASTED THE CHROME DOWN AND PC'D THEM BLACK................. 7YRS LATER LOOKIN SWEET! NO CRACKS OR PEELS...... HOPE THAT HELPS Quote
