Hello All,

Well this is my first question over here and it's a long one!

I have tried to look for the answer myself but it's kinda confusing as all the threads i have read was sort of incomplete, so I really appreciate it if anyone would guide me through this.

Now to have a 10 mill stroker with 78mm bore that makes 611cc we need to:

1) Bore the cylinders to 78.012 ? as I have read that 0.012 is an ideal space...

2) get a 78mm pistons

3) Get a 10mm stroker crank.

4) Trench the crank case.

5) Do a port job.

6) Get a cylinder head? or spacers? (How to make sure the piston won't hit it while it strokes up) ?

Thats it? Im not mentioning other mods such as tranny, clutch or exhaust ports...Just stroking the engine. If all the mentioned above is wrong could someone mention in his own words what to do in order to have a 611cc stroked motor in steps please?

Does anyone know a site which gives all of this as a complete kit? where milling and trenching won't be neccesary?

Sorry for my bad english!

Your not going to beable to bore the cyclinders to 78mm... you can resleeve your cylinders with big bore sleeves that start around 67-68mm.. I dont recommend this due to the decrease in transfer area.. and to fit a 10mil stroke in stock cylinders would require a resleeve and some headwork.

only way to get a 611cc 10mil is either buy a DM or twister top end.

"only way to get a 611cc 10mil is either buy a DM or twister top end."

Do you mean to get a a stroker kits such as cheetah 611cc kit?

but then it says "This Engine Requires Billet Cases" & "Case Machineing Required"

Does it means it needs trenching on the crankcase only?

btw does twister have a webpage?

Thanks for your reply!

there is a lot of machine work involved on the top case to get those cylinders to bolt up in addition to the trenching.

look here.... CP industries

and also have a look here... mattoon machine

lots of money involved right there......
