ok, last time i rode, it ran fine, i forgot to turn the fuel off when i put it in my truck ( i stand it up on end then drop the front in and lift it in) and it pissed fuel all over the place, got it home, unloaded and wento ride it into the yard, it starts fine, it idles fine, but if given any throttle it bogs down and make averu unhealthy throaty sound, i put in new spark plugs to no avail, any suggestions before i just take it to a shop...

Sure sounds like the parking brake rev limiter. If you used your parking brake recently, it bites people all the time. Make sure that little lever on the clutch perch returns all the way. If not, it will induce a rev limit and the bike will not rev.

You will probably be best off to remove the sensor all together. IIRO, if you just unplug it problem solved. Not a real super design...
