jetting with new pipes and fresh engine

i have a fresh .020 over bore with v force 3 reeds, trinity stage iv pipes, and a k&n bolt in filter kit w/no lid. Where would be a good place to start with jets (stock carbs)

300 main 27.5 pilot,you will prob end up at a 290 in good weather
