bakersfieldturbo Posted August 30, 2009 Report Posted August 30, 2009 ok guys well i have a little question and any answers will help me out alot on what im trying to do.. i got a vitos hemi head with 19 & 20 cc domes .. i wanted too see if i would have to run stright race gas or could i use pump gas . with eather of the domes.. or if i could do a 50/50 half 112 half 91 .. mods in sig.. i used to have a stock head and had it milled from trinity ... and will it make me faster thanks.... I run a hemi head with 21's. Compression was at 145. I use 91 with no issues. +3 timing. You need to mix fuel if the compression is over 160. I'm sure someone on here has the exact numbers for you. I wanted to run pump because I ride quite a bit and didn't want to spend so much on gas. I'm sure higher compression and race fuel would be faster. Quote

So do you live on the moon or at the bottom of the sea? On the sun or in the arctic?lol We need to know your elevation and out side temps to tell you anything bro. On the sun or in the arctic?lol We need to know your elevation and out side temps to tell you anything bro. well i live an hour from pismo so i would say maybe sea level or not,not that far from it .. right now the temp is in the 90's but when i ride in pismo its in the 60-80's /... if that helps ..
