second line into throttle on bars

Ive been checking a few of the recent builds and seen that this was removed its the throttle position censor, My question is can i eliminate this? I don't have tors,still the stock carbs though

If you're talking about the electrical wire, then yes you can remove it. Just make sure you're tors is unplugged or removed.
