stokes77 Posted August 7, 2009 Report Posted August 7, 2009 What swing arm and chassis skid plates do you guys all think are the best? All I do is trail ride so I need something real tough. I completely demolished mine last weekend in the mountains, so I am in need of something new. I've been looking at the PRM, Pro Armor, and Armadillo ones. The PRM look like the toughest from what I can tell, but the Pro Armor look the coolest  I also saw a durablue one which was made out of some sort of rubbery stuff that looked interesting, not sure if it would hold up though Thanks -Mark Quote
BSHEE400 Posted August 7, 2009 Report Posted August 7, 2009 i run the durablue hammerforce skid on the rear. it's the one made from polyeurethane (plastic) it has held up really well to being bashed off rocks for over a year now. for me it has outlasted the stocker and numerous aluminum ones, the best part is it returns to it's original shape and doesn't rub the rotor or sprocket but it's a bit pricey Quote
BSHEE400 Posted August 7, 2009 Report Posted August 7, 2009 my chassis skid is a baja, first one i've had so i've nothing to compare it to. seems to be well made though Quote
