tonyown Posted July 26, 2009 Report Posted July 26, 2009 Hey i just finished my 4mm setup and started the new engine after 7-8 kick with choke on!! yah But now he'll not idle the idle screw are screwd all the way in and its about to idle... I don't know anything at carbs my question is: is it dangerous to let it idle like this with the idle screw all in will it miss gas and oil and damage the engine? I want to make heat cycle... Quote
AKheathen Posted July 27, 2009 Report Posted July 27, 2009 it's a "he"? and you ride bareback? did you do tors removal? adjust the airscrews? check for leaks. Quote
tonyown Posted July 27, 2009 Author Report Posted July 27, 2009 Hm k, i changed my carbs from stock to 33mm pwks. Now the engine idle fine but the idle screw are screwed all the way in. My air screw are 1.5 turn in and the pilot are 52 and main 165. And it bugs at low rpm and it has a weird song... No problem from middle to wot a lot of power and all looks good, I'm gonna change my main soon its a lot to rich oil's coming up by pipes Quote
