I just finshed my Cub and it rips at home. The problem was when i went to KIllpecker this last week she was not her self. Home elevation is 4300 and killpecker is like 6900 i went down 2 main sizes but she still did not seem right in the top end. Would my timing have something to do with this I run plus 5 with 100 octain av gas and 19 cc domes. She ran great soon as i got home again so im not sure what to think. Any help would be great.

I think it was the fact that you were at a higher elevation and running the 100 octane gas. the higher your elevation the lower your compression drops, you need that high compression to burn high octane fuel properly.

Yah i understand. And According to the chart on nossmachine.com about compression at 4000 feet ( your home elevation ) you would be at 152 pounds of compression with your 19cc domes, and at 5000 feet you would have 137 pounds of compression. So just imagine at 6900 feet what your compression was. Most likely lower than stock compression. Check it out, its at the bottom of the page http://nossmachine.com/banshee_heads.htm . Hope this helps you understand a little.
