just picked up a 84 rz 350 and wanna go all out ive always done oil cooled Suzuki's dont know anything about banshees or 2 strokes just have a few simple questions

 

1 can you get 200 crank hp on pump gas with theses motors ?

 

2 whats the biggest stroke bore would you recamend for street use ?

 

3. anybody ever don't this before hit me up what did you wish you knew before starting what mods did you do ?

Are you street racing or strictly 1/4 mile?

Yes, you can get 200chp on gas but you couldn't use the stock frame to ride it. plus you would need a 16 inch wide tire to hook up.

10-14mm stroke max on the street....depending on what cylinders you end up using that would put you anywhere from 140-175 hp at the crank even with a engine in this neigborhood, frame mods would be needed and would still be.......uuuuuuuuuuuuh........ stupid fast.

 

 

If highway use is part of the game you'll have to re-group due to heat dissapation...but honestly.....even 140 CHP would be a handfull and those goals can be met easily and not alot of money(relative term ofcourse)....Jim

if you are planning on making that kind of power you should just sell the bike and start out getting some mattoon cases and start there. Its posible to make that kind of power but if your on a budget its goingto take awhile if money if no object shit go for it make all of us proud
