Jetting for t-5's

hey guys iv just got some t-5's imported into Australia fitted them, what do you recommend for jetting im curently running a 300main 25pilot and a needle toomey sent me on the 4th notch down, my pipes have discolored more on the left pipe and im curious to find the cause of this?

any help would be greatly appreciated!!
