SandMisfit Posted May 17, 2009 Report Posted May 17, 2009 Hey guys I am a newbie to both the forum and to banshees. So if this is a dumb question I apologize in advance. I am looking for some diagnosis help on my banshee i just picked up a few days back for cheap. It is a 90 banshee that is all stock. It has a rebuilt top end and compression is good. The problem is, yesterday it started to have some problems starting up and running. The engine runs like it is always flooded and was very doggish. Also at one point there was fuel dripping slowly out of the bottom of the carbs which led me to believe that is was flooding out very bad. I run BR8ES plugs with the correct gap and have good spark. So what are some possibilities on what is going on here? Any help would be MUCH appreciated. Quote
AKheathen Posted May 17, 2009 Report Posted May 17, 2009 you can get some pretty good info, just by scrolling to the bottom of the forum and doing a search, but your float needle(s) is leaking, because of sticky/ misadjusted floats, debris, or worn tips. only do one carb at a time. Quote
