Fast porting

I want a good dune port who can i take my cylinders to and get a good job but not wait 3 weeks or so to get them back

alright i was thinking about instead of porting just gettin a 4mill and installing it because it might be a little quicker. How long would it take to install it if i got the whole bike striped and my cylinders a pistons off also?

Yeah thats why im thinking about either buying some used ported cylinder off of here maybe, or just buying a 4mill crank, how much hp can i get out of a 4mill and bolt ons?

I would wait and get the jugs ported while you have it apart man.

 

I am getting mine done as we speak by Brandon (slobanshee06)...I think his turn around time is 3-4 weeks..Give him a shout..He's a good guy to deal with.

yeah ive talked to kevin and i might send them into him. but does anyone know how much hp i can make with a stock port 4mill

ok ill get my cylinders ported lol, it will give me time to put in a hd clutch and pancake bearing, also should i invest in a lockout? and what about getting a 4mil and a matching dune port ?

You need to talk to a builder man, it all depends on what type of riding you do. Then you can go from there.

Yeah i just saw this guy on ebay he ships out the cylinders 2days after they come in and he has alot of good responses, im going to hit up this guy and send mine in ill let you guys know how they come out.

Yeah i get what your saying, but i looked into it somewhat and he might not have the rep hjr or f.a.s.t. does but he has no negative responses and he has lots of postive responses saying he does good work. and it is only 50$ cheaper than hjr dune port.

You can go broke savin money! Porting is not something you want to base on TIME or Money alone. We seem to be redoing several portjobs now that were done by what i call 1 hour photo porting people/shops. Several are finding out that it IS worth the wait to go F.A.S.T. ....
