06specialedition Posted May 7, 2009 Report Posted May 7, 2009 Im wondering whats the factory needle clip at when a Shee is new. I bought a 06 Shee with cpi's and k&n pods. Full throttle it runs great but lower throttle it was trying to bogg. Im at 5000 above sea level, It looks like the guy who had it before me is running 310 mains...and i just leaned the needle out second clip from the top. I think it was choking on fuel right at the first throttle push. Tell me what u guys think. I havent driven it yet so im hoping moving that needle sovles my low end bog! Quote
AKheathen Posted May 7, 2009 Report Posted May 7, 2009 just give it a try, and do a plug chop. pilot/airscrews will have a major effect on low throttle bog, too. stock is middle clip Quote
06specialedition Posted May 8, 2009 Author Report Posted May 8, 2009 ok, cuz my top end is awesome. Its just my low end, and im sure it was too much fuel. im just hoping the second clip from the top wont lean it out too much! Quote
AKheathen Posted May 8, 2009 Report Posted May 8, 2009 lol, it's ok just to try it out. it won't hurt anythig, and it'll sound a bit zingy and probably heasitate in the mid throttle if lean Quote
