lt1bird Posted May 2, 2009 Report Posted May 2, 2009 Well it seems like my pilot circuit is still rich no matter what I do.....38mm PWk carbs....With a 60 pilot it ran rich....3 turns out to see the rpms max out..... with a 45 pilot it does the same....Does not seem to be a change in the posistion of the air screws.... I always end up at 3 turns out to max the RPM out..... Seem kinda wierd?? Engine new...Brand new carbs....all clean....float height is fine....new k&n individual air filters... The plugs show that its idleing clean.....idle for 10 minutes with new plugs and the plugs look great...Maybe a tad lean as it does seem to hunt a bit with the 45 pilots... anyone have any idea's?
