Frame wanted

I'm looking for a a-frame located in so-cal. It needs to have valid paperwork with it. I was talking with someone before about one but i lost contact with them.

 

So as it says i'm looking for something local that i can pick up and has a title (preferbably a-frame before 04 so it has a green tag reg)
